The man who was arrested for allegedly masturbating at an American woman in broad daylight has defended himself saying I was only urinating. The 25 year old man further added - "when I finished, the foreign woman came from behind and saw me zip up my shorts. Our eyes met and suddenly she started screaming. This incident took place on 17th Aug. This caught the attention of the Chief Minister, who intervened and ensured that the very next day, the Colaba police registered an FIR.
