Five teenagers were apprehended by the police for allegedly stabbing to death a 16-year-old boy after a heated argument over a seat in the metro train at north Delhi’s Kingsway Camp area. The police had first registered a case under Section 307 (attempt to murder) of IPC, said DCP (North) Madhur Verma. But after the boy succumbed, the graver charge of murder (Section 302) was invoked. The weapon used in the crime has been recovered.
