More than 100 roads were closed in southeast Missouri on Saturday, April 29, after significant rain triggered flooding that washed away some roads and bridges.Missouri Gov. Eric Greitens declared a state of emergency in response to the flash flooding. Residents in hard hit areas were evacuated, and the American Red Cross opened shelters.Flash flood warnings continued on Sunday.This video shows a trailer from a truck washing away in the flash flood. The uploader said no one was in the truck at the time of the incident.
