Salman Khan acquitted in 2002 hit and run case by Bombay HC

A big relief for Bollywood superstar Salman Khan as he is acquitted in the 2002 hit and run case. Bombay High Court has said that Salman Khan cannot be convicted as Prosecution has failed to prove any charges against the actor. On September 28, 2002, Salman's white-colour Toyata Land Cruiser crashes into American Express Bakery at Hill Road at Bandra killing one person and injuring four others.
