LGBT community and equal right activists are putting all their hopes on open court hearing by the Supreme Court about reconsidering criminalization of gay sex. A curative petition was filed by NGO Naz Foundation seeking relook at its verdict upholding the validity of Indian Penal Code's section 377 criminalizing gay sex.
