National Herald : SC refuses to quash proceedings against Sonia Gandhi & Rahul

Supreme Court has refused to quash criminal proceedings against Sonia and Rahul Gandhi in National Herald Case. However they both have been exempted from appearing in the court while hearing. SC observed that it gets more chaotic if prominent people are asked to appear in court. The apex court has also removed all the observations made by Delhi HC Judge in his judgement.
