Pokemon GO | Poliwag, Hoppip (Jumpluff) & Tyrogue (Hitmonchan) Evolutions

I evolved a Poliwag (again) fully, into a Poliwhirl and then a Politoed, my Hoppip into and a Skiploom and a Jumpluff, then a a Tyrogue into a Hitmonchan.

I'm working on my Mareep next.
