Congress Vice-president Rahul Gandhi is all set to face court trial in the RSS defamation case. Gandhi's cousel Kapil Sibal told Supreme Court that his client would prefer to stand trail in the defamation case. Sibal was representing Rahul Gandhi in the apex court to withdrew his appeal for quashing of the defamation case filled by RSS.
