Mr. Lertwit makes noodles the old fashioned way in Bangkok's Chinatown. For the past 46 years he's been turning out batch after batch of Mee Sua, which means "longevity noodle." Mee sua is believed to grant a long life to those who eat it. Coconuts TV captured the arduous and visually striking two-day process for making handmade Mee sua.
