Want an easy way to get from your toprocks to your backrocks?
The Kick & Pistol Squat entry is one of the easiest ways to do so. In fact, I believe you can do it in merely 5 minutes.
You don't necessarily have to learn how to do a pistol squat (you can if you want to, it's a great exercise.) But you'll have to learn how to kick at an angle.
Kick at an angle, squat, follow through with the motion (right stabbers on right shoulders, left stabbers on left shoulders) and then catch over. To learn this move, make sure you learn how to catch (or block) with your elbow first to ease the backrock motion. From your elbows, turn in and then catch into the backrock.
