जम्मू-कश्मीर के लोगों के बुरे वक्त में एक बार फिर भारतीय सेना आगे आई है । जम्मू-कश्मीर के मैदानी इलाकों में लगातार बारिश के चलते कई इलाकों में पानी भर गया है। वहीं बाढ़ जैसी स्थिति पैदा होने के चलते पुलिस ने सभी जिलों में 24 घंटे का आपातकाल हेल्पलाइन नंबर जारी किया है।
