Dahi tadka is a preparation of yogurt tempered with several spices and this one is prepared in Punjabi style.
A very delicious dish it is quick to make especially when you are short on time or veggies. Have it as a side dish to a meal or a standalone with roti, paratha or rice.
Though it is usually prepared with plain dahi, it can be also prepared with left over raita of various types thereby creating a wonderful combination of taste & flavors.
