What's up with Hollywood divorcing itself from reality?
According to 'Galloway On Film' in The Hollywood Reporter, studios seem to resent making films that even remotely resemble real life.
There used to be films like 'The Graduate,' and 'Guess Who's Coming To Dinner.'
Now, Hollywood studios have addicted audiences to the opium of the unreal. In fact, Samuel Goldwyn once quipped, "If you want to send a message, try Western Union."
