மதுரை மாவட்டம், மேலூரை சேர்ந்த கதிரேசன் - மீனாட்சி தம்பதியர் நடிகர் தனுஷை தங்கள் மகன் என கூறி மேலூர் கோர்ட்டில் வழக்கு தொடர்ந்தனர். இந்த வழக்கிற்கு தடை கோரி மதுரை ஐகோர்ட் கிளையில் தனுஷ் மனு செய்தார்.
பின்னர் ஐகோர்ட் கிளை உத்தரவின்படி அவர் நேற்று முன்தினம் நேரில் ஆஜரானார். அவரிடம் அரசு மருத்துவமனை டீன் தலைமையிலான டாக்டர்கள் சுமார் அரைமணி நேரம் அங்க அடையாளங்களை சரிபார்த்து நீதிமன்றத்தில் அறிக்கை தாக்கல் செய்தனர். இந்நிலையில் தனுஸுக்கு உரிமை கொண்டாடும் தம்பதியர் தனுஸுக்கும் தங்களுக்கும் டிஎன்ஏ டெஸ்ட் எடுக்க உத்தரவிடக்கோரி மனுத்தாக்கல் செய்துள்ளனர்.
