How to prevent the shilajit resin lid from adhering to the container:
1. Store the shilajit on a flat surface. Before opening for the first time, allow the contents to settle;
2. After 24 hours, remove the lid carefully. Boil water, and carefully pour into lid without overflowing;
3. Wait until water in lid cools (five minute or so) and use the dosage spoon to stir the contents of the lid. When safe, drink the slurry from the lid, as this is about a full dose;
4. Dry the inside of the lid and replace on container.
Always store the resin on a flat surface, and wipe any residue in order to prevent a very sticky buildup.
