MEATBALLS WITH LEMON GRASS ------------------------------------------------------- Ingredients: ----------------- 8 Stalks of lemongrass (Stalks need to be crushed) 200g fish paste (pre-seasoned) 200g minced pork 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon mushroom granules 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1 teaspoon green onions 1 teaspoon chilles (finely chopped) 1 teaspoon cornflour Oil for frying
Method: ------------ 1. Mix all ingredients until well combined 2. Shape mixed minced meat into a ball, flatten and wrap around a stalk on lemongrass 3.
