HOW TO COOK MEATBALLS WITH LEMONGRASS

MEATBALLS WITH LEMON GRASS

Ingredients:

8 Stalks of lemongrass (Stalks need to be crushed)
200g fish paste (pre-seasoned)
200g minced pork
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon mushroom granules
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon green onions
1 teaspoon chilles (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon cornflour
Oil for frying

Method:

1. Mix all ingredients until well combined
2. Shape mixed minced meat into a ball, flatten and wrap
around a stalk on lemongrass
3. In a heated wok or pan, fry the meatball with lemongrass
until golden brown in color about 3 minutes on each side.
4. Ready to serve with tomato sauce with bread bread or rice or
simply great by itself. That so simple and easy.
