USA: train smashes into lorry

A train ploughed into a lorry after an apparent problem at a railroad crossing in Utah.

The barriers weren’t down and the lights and alarms were off when a double-decker passenger train smashed into a lorry.

Authorities are trying to work out what happened.

No one was seriously injured.
