- We spotted a small mistake in the official subtitles. At 1 min 24 s, what's written on the video is 右へ左へ てんてこマインド (= Migi he hidari he tenteko maindo) but Mamo isn't singing the "ndo" part, so we decided to put "Migi he hidari he tentekomai" instead.
- John Manjirou was one of the first Japanese people to visit the United States and an important translator during the Opening of Japan.
