INGREDIENTS 4 tbsp butter 1 tbsp of thyme 1 cs of rosemary 300g of shrimp, peeled and deveined 3 tablespoons flour 750ml of warm milk ½ onion, chopped 1 cup of parsley ½ cup green onions Salt, according to your taste Pepper, according to your taste 1 tablespoon nutmeg ½ lime, pressed 300g of cooked pasta PREPARATION 1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter and add the thyme and rosemary. Mix. 2. Add the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes. Take them out of the pan and set them aside. 3. Incorporate flour and mix until lightly browned. 4. Slowly pour the warm milk while mixing. 5. Add the chopped onions, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cook for 5 minutes. 6.
