KARACHI: Local police filed a case against the owner and management of a marriage hall in Baloch Colony area of Karachi after a little girl drowned to death in the underground water tank of the premises.
Six-year old Arbish was drowned in the underground water tank of the marriage hall in Baloch Colony during a wedding on last Monday.
