Inmates at Kiribati prison escape and return ‘to spend nights with wives’

There's a very unusual prison in the Pacific nation of Kiribati.
It's one with minimal security, even for prisoners convicted of serious crimes.
And escapes from Bairiki prison don't cause too much concern either.
