Kangana Ranaut: ‘It’s Katti Batti With Deepika Padukone’

All’s not well between Kangana Ranaut and Deepika Padukone and at the trailer launch of her upcoming film Katti Batti, Kangana spoke about her equation with DeePee.
At the event, when Kangy was asked about her relations with Deepika, she smartly said, “It’s Katti Batti.”
When asked if she’s had Katti Batti with people on films’ sets, she candidly admitted, “Katti Batti keeps happening especially because artistes are very sensitive people and therefore, they get upset on small-small issues and sometime you don’t even know what they are upset about but then, they easily mend fences too. It’s very normal for people to get upset over petty issues.”
Cold war between the two started, when Deepika dedicated her best actress award to Kangana, for her performance in Queen, at an awards function. After DeePee’s stage antic, Kangy revealed that while many people called her up to congratulate her for her performance Queen, Deepika didn’t. Post Ranaut’s confession, Padukone called her up and clarified that she didn’t call her directly as she had no personal equation with her.
The dimpled-dame then invited Kangana for Piku’s success bash and Kangana extended her support to her by attending the party. However, when Kangy invited her for a special screening of her blockbuster hit Tanu Weds Mnau Returns, Padukone gave it a miss as she was 'too busy' shooting for Bajirao Mastani. This didn’t go down too well with the curly-haired actress, who made her displeasure clear at TWMR’s success bash, which was hosted by Krishika Lulla, by walking out as soon as the Ram Leela star entered.
