How To Rotate Text in Photoshop CC?

Step 1: Select your Text or Image Layer.

Step 2: Go to "Edit".

Step 3: Click on "Free Transform".

Step 4: Rotate the Text, Once you are done. Click on Move Tool in the Toolbox.

Step 5: Click Apply.
