This appears to be a pseudonym for the largely unknown Joe Friedman's Monte Carlo Orchestra. They recorded a few sides in 1925, and personnel is totally unknown. Even the vocalists (uncredited band members) are unidentifiable. However, this performance includes interesting solo work.
