Allyse and I landed a huge alligator gar near 7 foot and released it unharmed. this is one of my longer videos but there isnt too much content on alligator gar out . We join up with Kevin Estrada from Sturgeon Slayers and learn about what it takes to catch a Sturgeon. I have never done anything like it. Fishing for Fraser . Allyse and i went chasing Alligator gar on the Trinity river, we ended up landing 5 of them from 30 to 110 pounds. Allyse has been practicing and got some time . i fished a remote stretch of river with no rod and reel water body record for alligator gar, ended up hooking 4 nice gar in a few hours, this one went 6 foot 6 inches .
