Colombia hopes that the ELN will release former congressman to advance peace

Bogotá (Colombia), Oct 28 (EFE) - (Camera: Edwin Morales) Colombian president, Juan Manuel Santos, confided on Thursday in an interview with EFE that ELN immediately releases ex-congressman Odin Sanchez, in order to advance the public dialogue phase for peace with the guerillas who are second behind FARC.
