Widow demands answers after killer gets hospital order

A widow has demanded an inquiry into how a psychotic man was free to kill her husband just days after knife charges against him were dropped. Femi Nandap stabbed Dr Jeroen Ensink to death last December. Nandap has been handed an indefinite hospital order.
