Ingredients
All types of dry fruits cut finely and soaked in rum for 1 week. soaking time can vary from 1 week to 3-4 months.
Dry fruits used : cashew, resins, tuty fruity, dates, badam, walnut.
Spices used : cake seeds, cinnamon, cardamom, pepper, cloves, nutmeg.
For the caramel 200 grams sugar
butter 1/2 Kg
sugar 400 grams
all purpose flour 1/2 Kg
eggs 1/2 Kg
baking powder 1 teaspoon
few drops of vanilla essence
Salt to taste
Baking time varies according to the baking oven and size of the cake pan used.
