Ingredients
mutton 1 Kg
onions 2 large sized
desiccated coconut 1 cup
coriander leaves 1 hand full
green chillies 6-7
bay leaves, curry leaves, peppercorns, cloves
garlic finely chopped
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
salt 1 tbsp
add red kolhapuri masala 1 tbsp 5-10 minutes prior to putting the flame off this will add to its taste and give a darker green color.
