* Red Chilli Flakes - 1/2 tsp
* Mustard powder - 1 tsp
* Cinnamon Powder - 1 tsp
* Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
* Vinegar - 2 tbsp
* Chicken powder - 1 tsp
* Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
* Mixed Spices - 1/2 tsp

For Vegetables:
* Capsicum - 1
* Carrot - 1
* Onion - 1
* Cabbage - 1/2 cup
* Water - 1/2 cup
* Sugar - 1 tsp
* Salt - 1 tsp
* White vinegar - 1/2 cup

For Garlic Mayo Sauce:
* Mayo - 1/2 cup
* Cream - 1/4 cup
* Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
* Garlic - 1 tbsp
* White Pepper - 1/4 tsp

For Shawarma:
* Hot Sauce
