Japanase prodigy Ryuichi Murai is almost unknown to the rest of the climbing community, but this spring he sent three V15's (8C) in Japan. One of these was Hydrangea, which Ryuichi says was the hardest of them all. Ryuichi balances his time between studying engineering and climbing, and says he is passionate about climbing every problem he finds.
