I used my mobile phone's video camera mode to record the start of my SAMPLE speech and then sent it by e-mail directly to MySpace at DailyMotion.com The movie (MP4 file) was sent as an attachment. It will be good for you to either record your own voice and even better if you take a video of yourself to help you rehearse your oral presentation.
