Defense expert believes Chinese might occupy Scarborough and Ayungin shoal

Beijing might occupy Manila-claimed Scarborough (Panatag) Shoal and Ayungin (Second Thomas) Shoal following the ruling of a United Nations tribunal on the South China Sea dispute, an independent think tank said.
