Guru Dutt - A man ahead of his time. Guru Dutt, was a legendary film director, producer and actor. He was the first director to shoot on cinema-scope. Guru Dutt's career in the Hindi film industry began when his uncle found him a job under a three-year contract with the Prabhat Film Company in Pune in 1944. He is also credited for introducing Waheeda Rehman to the Hindi cinema.
