Gran Turismo 6 online gameplay. The Car Of The Week Club race at Daytona Road Course in the Dodge SRT Viper GTS.
Not a great race for me as I finished way down the field in 13th. Despite this being a restart after multiple contact in the first corners of the previous race, this one was no better.
I'll be kind and say that there was some "clumsy" driving at the start of the race and there was more than one guilty party. I'll also be generous and call them numerous "optimistic" passing attempts - three or four wide on the infield curves is never going to end well.
This was all quite uncharacteristic of the COTW races so it has to be seen as the exception rather than the rule. I've included a chase cam view of the first half of the first lap to illustrate the number of hits I took before the big shunt that pushed me into the wall and ultimately off track and out of contention for anything but a tail end finish. I count around 9 or 10........
