Just Learning regrets it has not been able to agree to be interviewed on the BBC ‘Whistleblower’ programme. This is because the BBC refused to make its crucial video evidence available to enable the company to give full answers to its allegations.
The company has issued to the BBC both the following statement and a broadcast quality copy of this TV interview with Managing Director, Jonathan Bell. We have no influence on how the BBC will use this information, although they have indicated they are not prepared to use the broadcast interview we have supplied.
