Syria civil war: Dozens killed in Idlib air strikes

Forty civilians are reported to have been killed by air strikes on a market in the Syrian province of Idlib. Activists say most of the victims were women and children.It is not yet confirmed whether the Russian or Syrian jets were responsible.
