Ujjain (MP), May 21 (ANI): Devotees gathered on the banks of the Kshipra River in large numbers on Saturday to take a holy dip on the occasion of Buddha Purnima. Today is also the final day of the popular Simhastha Kumbh in Madhya Pradesh's Ujjain District. It is believed that after taking a dip in the river, one attains salvation. Although, a dip can be taken at other holy places, but taking one during the Simhastha Kumbh Mahaparva has a special meaning of its own.
