Ingredients:
1 tsp Oil 1 tsp Mustard Seeds 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic crush 1 Bunch of Coriander Leaves, chopped 2 Cups Gram Flour 1/2 Cup Groundnut Powder 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder 1 tbsp Mix Masala 2 Cups Water Salt
Method:
- In a pan heat some oil. - Add mustard seeds & ginger garlic crush. Saute for a minute. - Switch off the flame and add coriander leaves. Saute everything for a minute. Keep it aside. - In a large bowl add gram flour, groundnut powder, turmeric powder, mix masala & salt. Mix everything well. - Add water and mix everything well. Make sure there are no lumps. - Add this mixture to the coriander leaves. Switch on the flame. - Keep stirring continuously till the mixture becomes thick. - Once the mixture becomes thick, take it off the flame. - Apply some oil to the aluminium tray. Pour the mixture and spread it evenly. Let it cool down completely. - In the meanwhile heat some oil for frying the wadi. - Once the mixture cools down cut it into medium size pieces. - Deep fry the pieces in hot oil. - Tasty Kothimbir Wadi is ready to be served.
