U'Khand Floor Test - Congress Claims Victory

The much-awaited floor test in Uttarakhand assembly has concluded, and the Harish Rawat-led Congress has already claimed victory, with nearly 33 votes in its favour, head of the final ruling from the Supreme Court tomorrow. Adding to Congress' strength were Mayawati-led Bahujan Samaj Party's two legislators in Uttarakhand.
