華人要玩得出藍調的抑鬱感情，同時有優美的民謠歌詞襯托，不是隨便掃幾個結他和弦就可以。除了要了解黑人的慘痛歷史外，小編想彈奏者真的要將藍調民謠入心入肺，先會表達出箇中味道出來。
小編認為jabin真的做到了。
第一次小編遇上jabin，沉默寡言，還以為是宅男一名，但他手上一有結他彈奏藍調民謠來，立即上身。我整個靈魂都給他的音樂攝過來，完全跟隨著他的音樂旋律感觸懷緬。
其實小編再寫下去都是多餘，皆因小編還是音樂專欄記者時，已經寫下jabin無數次。假如你想接觸下jabin是否真的如此利害，小編寫下包單一定不會令你失望。

Jabin Law 的演奏如踏實的雕塑家，勾放之間刻劃出作品輪廓，細節就在演繹裡。 Jabin 來自香港，時而多產偶爾偷懶。靈感其來有自，浪漫化的說法非他所喜，從他的音樂看得見藍調與民謠傳統的印記: Leonard Cohen、Michael Hedges、Nine Inch Nails、Velvet Underground...... 從小學習鋼琴，後自學結他，十八歲開始認真創作，曾參與草民音樂節及本地大小live空間演出。專注於旋律與文字的築構，他不談論自己的作品，技巧與才華融入作品之中，重力刻鑿與溫柔朦朧只為突顯氣氛而非個人。追問音樂背後的意義，會獲得狡黠的回應，搭配一臉漠然。他的演繹宛如身處無人夜晚，卻看得見街角的微光，孤單卻不冰冷。
Jabin Law is a young folk rock singer-songwriter based in Hong Kong. Jabin has been writing songs since his high school life and has been gaining musical knowledge mainly from alternative rock, classic rock, folk and blues. Deeply influenced by legendary musicians such as Bob Dylan, Neil Young and Leonard Cohen, Jabin extends the possibility of lyrical impact and musical innovation. The theme of his songs usually conveys feelings rather than meanings. "It's perfectly okay to 'misunderstand' my songs. The songs aren't about me. It's about you and me."
