To make the topic of "transportation" more interesting, Mr. Owl asks his students to build go-carts. Franklin, Bear and Snail team up for the class project, but have difficulty scavenging enough wheels. After making a lot of design modifications, they submit a two-wheeled go-cart that surprises the entire class.
