They tried to patch this that's why you have everything taken off you here's my work around.
► TEXT TUTORIAL :
• 1 - Finish the middle challenge from the pillars
• 2 - Once it's done , Activate the skull then release then pick up the reward weapon with the Skull in hand
• 3 - You have now unlimited Skull , one single kill will recharge it That Simple
• TIP: This also works with a Riot Shield or Gas Mask
