GIRL SQUATS 225 lbs FOR REPS!!/ LEG DAY WORKOUT

Up to 225# then hit my 1RM (235#) for 1, failed on 2nd rep.
Heres a leg day workout from yesterday Back squat - warm up set / 3x10 Box squats -warm up set / 2x15 1xburnout Hip adduction - 3x20 Hip abduction - 3x20 .

I have only been doing free-standing squats for about 4 months. I started on the Smith Machine. This was my second time doing 225. The first time I attempted it .
R Hips/glutes/lumbar and L hammy/glutes were all funkalicious today. Combined with not much sleep last night (stupid cutting insomnia.) and super low cals .
