This is a review of the GI Joe's new swamp environment soldier, Muskrat. He makes an odd specialty choice for the Joe team, but perfect for hunting down Dreadnoks in their own backyard! This figure is mostly remembered for having a sweet boogie board that can attach to his back for storage. Sadly it can't really float.
