And 185# x 3 PR Front Squat.


225 x 5 245 x 5 265 x 5 285 x 2 275 x 2 3sets.Light lunges 3 sets and stiff legs up to 225 x 9.Ok workout but squat strength stayed about the same again.4th .
Decided to test my knee with some heavier weight today. Everything went great! I feel much more confident knowing that its near 100% healed, and thats going .
