As the brand name itself suggest, Shinagawa Ramen is one of their signature dishes. The ramen consist of generous portion of savoury ‘cha-siew’ that is cooked to a tender texture. Together with the broth filled with robust flavour of pork makes it more delicious. Other popular items such as Spider Maki which is recommended as the chef’s specialty is made using crispy soft shell crab, Salmon Popiah, an in-house creation using thin cut slices of cucumber and fresh Salmon wrapped with rice paper. A fusion dish that would entice you with it’s unique taste.
