Sauce: 3-4 Tbsp Ketchup 1.5 Tbsp Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp Chilli Sauce- Sriracha/ Sambal OR any of your favorite chilli sauce 2 Tsp Sugar 1 Tsp Chicken Stock Powder OR 1/2 cube of Chicken boullion (Dissolve cube in 1 Tbsp of hot water before adding to sauce mixture)
For Stir-Fry: 2 Tbsp Oil 1 Tbsp Garlic - Roughly chopped 1/2 Medium Bell Pepper 1/4 Medium Onion 2-3 Green Onion - Chopped Green chillies - For Garnish
