New Delhi, Apr 15 (ANI): The enforcement team is geared up to deal with the violators as the second phase of the Delhi Government's odd-even car rationing scheme comes into force on Friday in the national capital. The second round of odd-even formula, a car rationing scheme aimed at checking pollution levels in the capital, will be applicable from April 15 to April 30, Delhi government announced.
