Kashmir, Apr 14 (ANI): The situation in Kashmir Valley continues to remain tense as shutdown was observed over the Handwara incident on Thursday. The shutdown has been called by the separatists against the killing of four civilians over two days -- Tuesday and Wednesday -- during clashes between stone pelting mobs and security forces in Kupwara district. The four civilians were killed during a protest after a rumour spread in Handwara town that a school girl was allegedly molested by an army soldier. However, on Wednesday, the Indian Army released a video, in which the 'victim' has denied molestation bid by any security personnel.
